Pawar to inaugurate Tawde “Atithi Bhavan”
NCP President Sharad Pawar will inaugurate a spacious guest house constructed by the Tawde family, at Adivare Village of Rajapur taluka in Ratnagiri district, at 11 AM on 10 May, 2018.
Education Minister Vinod Tawde, Shiv Sena MP Vinayak Raut, MLA Rajan Salvi and office bearers of the Tawde institute..Dinkar Tawde (President), Satish Tawde (Secretary), Shankarrao Tawde (Treasurer), Suhas Tawde and Rajendra Tawde (Vice Presidents) and the entire Tawde family will be present in the ceremony.
The foundation stone of this guest house was laid by Vinod Tawde on first December 2014. Now the building is ready and awaits inauguration. The design of this attractive guest house has been prepared by the architect Santosh Tawde and it is considered as the best specimen of architectural grandeur.
The guest house having a basement plus two floors, is spread over 15,000 square feet area. It is equipped with 8 well-furnished rooms for lodging, besides a cultural and social centre. There is a beautiful garden facing the guest house.
The guest house carries the 800 year old legacy of the Tawde community. It is set in the backdrop of picturesque natural surrounding with adjacent ancient Mahakali Temple providing serenity. The best lodging arrangement is expected to be a boon to the tourists and devotees.
The three day ceremony at “Tawde Atithi Bhavan” includes: inauguration of the guest house at 11 AM on 10 May, a program of “Balkirtan” by Lakshmiprasad Kulkarni (Patwari) at 5 PM on the same day. 11 May-a worship will be offered to Mahakali at 9 AM, cultural program “Marathi Paul Padate Pudhe” at 7 PM. 12 May- 7 AM to 12 noon-Vaastu, Navgriha shanti, yagna and other religious rituals. 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM “Laghurudra Abhishek”.
